As always this only lists guys 28, so in their last RFA year. Every younger RFA only signs 1 year deals during open RFA bidding. If a player isn't listed, there is no minimum, the intent of this is just to ensure there's no pure steals during this process, though in most cases it's expected the free market will surpass the minimum bid.
