I fully expect this pick to be traded, so we'll say Dahlin for now.

Regardless of who picks at 2, I expect it'll be Svechnikov.

3. Pittsburgh Penguins - Brady Tkachuk

This, again, depends on who holds the pick. But I expect Tkachuk will round out the top 3.

4. Florida Panthers - Jesperi Kotkaniemi

It'll be interesting to see all of the suffling at the top of the draft and how the order winds up, but I expect Kotkaniemi will round out the top 4.

5. Vancouver Canucks (via trade with TOR) - Quinn Hughes

There will be a market for Hughes, but I expect him to go at 5, whether it be to Garrett or not remains to be seen. It would not stun me to see the Canucks move up a slot.

6. Toronto Maple Leafs (via trade with VAN) - Filip Zadina

Garrett takes a shot on Zadina's upside at 6.

7. Washington Capitals - Vitali Kravtsov

The homer pick is probably also the right pick at 7.

8. Minnesota Wild - Oliver Wahlstrom

Al takes his American boy, and his BPA in Wahlstrom at 8.

9. Edmonton Oilers - Evan Bouchard

Bouchard falls on Leon's lap at 9, and he scoops him up.

Bryce is thrilled to take his 10th ranked player in Kupari at 20.
