Once again the hometown Preds turned the game into a complete snorefest limiting the high flying Stars to just 22 shots on goal. This game plan was the recipe for success for the Jets when they nearly upset Dallas in the first round and has been the achilles heal for Dallas thus far in these playoffs. The unfortunate part for Nashville this night was that they gave Dallas 6 power plays while having none of their own and that extra ice was all Dallas needed to steal a victory away scoring both of their goals before cementing the win with an empty netter! Look for GM Sheds to continue to try and keep the game tight and low scoring while GM Junya will try and create more offense and blow the game open. Of note will be the loss of E. Kane for Nashville in game 7 which will further hinder the Preds should they find themselves behind early. Game 7 in Big D where Junya will have a decided advantage!
