Well it took until his fourth start of the playoffs to start to earn his money but T.Greiss has FINALLY made an appearance! Carolina came home for game 6 in a must win and got off to the early start they were looking for with a PP goal at 6:54 of the first. Someone forgot to tell them in the room that the game hadn't ended at that point and when the puck dropped for the second it was the visiting Canadien that looked like the team in the "must win" scenerio. Montreal shelled the Carolina net with 17 shots while limiting the hometown Hurricanes to just 2! This was where T. Greiss earned his keep as despite giving up 2 goals to surrender the lead he did mange to limit the damage and keep his team alive to regroup. Carolina came back out for the third a completely different team and matched the Montreal intensity throughout scoring to tie it just before the halfway point and the newly resigned D.Demelo set up A.Anisimov for the game winner shortly thereafter! This low scoring series now shifts back to Montreal for game 7.....buckle up!
