Good day friends, 

Here is how I think the draft will play out as of now, obviously some things will change between now and the draft but here it goes. 

1. Red Wings - Alexis Lafreniere, although Stuetzle had a better year I do think Dan goes with the 2020 NHL 1st overall pick Lafreniere, I know Dan likes that the rangers will likely be a very high scoring team for years to come and that makes Laf a little more enticing for him at 1. 
2. Devils - Jim Stuetzle, Devils would be taking whichever player Dan didn’t here so this one is pretty self explanatory, I think we all liked what we saw out of Jimmy this year. 
3. Kraken - Quinton Byfield, Believe Seattle is in the same situation where they just take whoever is lest out of this top 3 tier, leaves him happy with Byfield at 3. 
4. Panthers - Lucas Raymond, I believe the panthers will go Raymond here, he has constantly progressed with Frolunda over the past couple seasons, as he sees in increase in minutes you see in increase in production. 
5. Penguins (pick from Flyers) - Cole Perfetti, I am a biased fuck and want the Jets 1st rounder here. 
6. Sabres - Jamie Drysdale, Jared will be happy with the top d in the draft sliding here. 
7. Flames - Anton Lundell - I believe Lundell has a sky high ceiling and the flames shoot for the stars with this pick. 
8. Canucks - Askarov, Rob goes with his goalie of the future after spending 40m on a Canucks D from Sumit, questionable trade but he will be happy to get an elite goalie for the future at 8. 
9. Rangers - Jake Sanderson, Rangers make a safe pick at 9 here with the 2nd best D in the draft, continues to build up a nice core of youth for his teams bright future. 
10. Wild - Rossi, Al loves his wild, nothing to see here, Rossi has a high ceiling but had the full hockey year off due to covid, not enough to scare Al away from his bias here. 
11. Lightning - Holtz, Ferraro will be happy to get a high end scoring winger here. 
12. Penguins - Jack Quinn, if he’s left here I’ll be happy, extremely high upside winger here at 12. 
13. Penguins - Seth Jarvis - Pens shoot for the moon again with this pick, hope to get 2 crazy high upside players here at 12 & 13 so Bryce can stop making fun of me. 
14. Panthers - Dawson Mercer, Mercer would be a great grab for the panthers here at 14. 
15. Predators - Kaiden Guhle, preds go for an NHL ready D here at 15 with some truculence and passion in his game, Sheds hopes Guhle will solidify the blue line in the coming years.
