Just like in the Western conference the East is boasting their own upset series leaders. With the Habs broom job of the #1 seed Boston Bruins already in the books.....St.Louis leading Dallas.....and the Oilers leading the Flames ....all that remained was the Flyers to lead the Canes and voila here we are. How is it possible that every pre-series favorite has either gone down or is trailing following all the round 1 upsets as well? Regardless of who winds up winning the Cup this season, with the possible exception of Dallas, you will find very few GM's that will say that they expected that team to win or will honestly believe that the best team won! In any event on to the game at hand ....nothing to see here....was a competetive game and C. Driedger continued his stellar play by simply just being better than his counterpart in Cam Talbot. Flyers head home up 3-2
