Top BRHL uFA FORWARDS

With upcoming free agency, here's a sneak peek at who everyone is eyeing!

The most exciting time of the year in the BRHL is free agency period.  At least for me, personally, and those who don't make the playoffs regularly.....spending or saving your hard-earned BRHL dollars and the bidding wars in this auction-style process......makes us all drool with anticipation!

Where are all these 'free' players going to sign?  Who is going to overpay for whom?  Who is going to 'SCREW' over whom?
Sounds gross because it is....

Well here is a sneak peek at who the top forwards are:

Patrice Bergeron
Age 36
Position:  C
Key ratings:  DF76 SC85 PA84 FO99
As consistent as they come, perenially one of the top forwards in the game on one of the top NHL line combos in the game.
Rumours of his retirement mean that teams may or may not be offering longterm contracts with the risks and benefits to consider.

Steven Stamkos
Age 32
Position:  C/R
Key ratings:  DF66 SC95 PA92 FO90
Another one of the consistent top superstars in the game.  His multi-position eligibility helps his value, and he also has many more good years left in him as his production is solidified playing with another superstar in his prime in Kucherov.

Nazem Kadri
Age 31
Position:  C
Key Ratings:  DF68 SC87 PA93 FO88
Nazem has always been a skilled and enigmatic and temperamental NHL player with solid but unimpressive production.  This year, on the championship-winning Colorado Avalanche, he really broke out into superstar-level production.  Can he consistently keep up this level of production?

Evgeni Malkin
Age 35
Position  C
Key ratings:  DF68 SC92 PA84 FO75
One of our aging superstar future Hall-of-famers, durability has become an issue, but when he is on the ice, he still produces.  His NHL contract status is still uncertain, as is his BRHL contract status.

Claude Giroux
Age  34
Position  C/L
Key ratings:  DF70 SC79 PA86 FO99
Another consistent but aging NHL star.  Multi-positional eligibility is always nice, and he has always somewhat flown under the radar a bit.

John Tavares
Age  31
Position  C/L
Key ratings:  DF65 SC85 PA87 FO99
Is he underrated or overrated?  Leafs fandom can't seem to decide as they continue to wait for the Stanley Cup or at least a first round playoff win.

Joe Pavelski
Age  37
Position  C/R
Key ratings:  DF66 SC84 PA88 FO85
He was considered a former NHL star with diminishing production a few years ago already but his NHL resurgence after joining the Dallas Stars has been a pleasant and unexpected surprise.  We all hope that he keeps proving us wrong with strong and consistent NHL production!

What drama will unfold during free agency??!!  I can't wait and PLEASE ENJOY

Love,

Leon
