Misc Info

- As of 10pm EST on July 7, you will no longer be able to buy cash. We're closing this loophole out for good. It's in the rules (and I modified wording already) to be for teams needing to get into the black.
- Buyout window is closed
- You can set roster throughout FA (don't spend time on lines, as I auto them to check for invalid rosters), but you have to have 20 contracted players in the pros and in the proper allocations so lines can be done. 
- ALL players making 1.5m or higher have to be in pros for the duration of FA
